  5. Exercise regularly helps more effective reduction in ADHD symptoms as it increases dopamine, serotonin, Noradrenaline, Norepinephrine which helps focus and attention
  6. Eat a healthy diet – diet does not cause ADHD but does influence mood, energy levels and symptoms. Regular mealtimes/snacks recommended. Increase consumption of omega 3 fatty acids, adequate intake of zinc, magnesium and iron. More information on nhs.uk/live- well/eat-well
